Not very well trained staff.
I stopped by this store to do a warranty swap on a battery. The employee told me "you are going to have to wait 3 hours if you want your battery tested". The store was empty.. He did not test the battery first, he just assumed it had to be charged (I charged the battery before I brought it to save time) I would have to wait for him to charge and test other batteries before he would test mine. So I left and went to the another store, (that was full of people). They instantly tested the battery on the spot.
So bad training, lack of training, if he would of used his tester to test the battery, it would of told him "charge/retest" if it needed it, He just assumed and wasted my time and trip to that store. I've been a master tech for 20+ years, I know how the system works.
They sold me a bad refurbished alternator. I wanted a new one but they said they didn’t have and couldn’t order. When my mechanic put it on, two days later it was bad so I contacted the store and basically I was told too bad we can give you another one from the warranty. I said absolutely not, I needed my money back to be able to get a new one somewhere else and boom, suddenly they were able to order a new one for next day. I’ll never go there again, and I wouldn’t recommend it they were super rude once I had a problem. I had to pay my mechanic twice.
Chris and Gamy, this guys are excellent! They will definitely go above and beyond for their customers, this guys deserve a raise because they do work hard and everytime i come here they always treat me with kindness and respect!

I am not a fan of going to automotive stores, however going to this O’Reilly is different. From the moment you walk in the employees greet you with a smile. They offer advice on what products to buy. Their associate Dexter was extremely helpful when I needed to replace my car’s headlights. Will be definitely recommending this Store to my friends and family!
I went to an Auto part for a battery I needed for my car key 🔑 they said they couldn't change it and so I went across the street to you guys and the changed the battery for me places like this is what we need to keep 👌 …
Today I walked in to O’Reilly’s auto for a car battery not knowing how amazing and well trained the staff are. Met a cashier named Dexter Youns who went above and beyond for his customers. He took the liberty of changing my battery without any hesitation, had a great personality, and knew in the problem of my vehicle that no one else was able to explain. Today I walked in and got more than I could ever bargain for. A wonderful store and wonderful staff.
